¾ cup cooked eggplant see instructions

⅓ cup tahini

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 clove garlic

⅓ cup olive oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
To cook eggplant: halve a medium egg plant, brush with olive oil, then either:
- Roast the eggplant halves in an oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes until the inside flesh is soft and can be scooped out of the peel.
Add all ingredients to your Nutr machine.
